Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel good about shopping with us. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. You can cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it—no explanation needed.

Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note: Items sent back without first contacting us unfortunately can’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, a defect, or if we sent you the wrong item, reach out to us right away. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible and offer a replacement or refund if needed.


Exchanges

Need something different? The easiest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it might take a few extra days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
